If you are even half thinking that you're not as fit as you used to be, then get to it - the biggest stumbling block for anyone wanting to start to get fit again, is actually starting. Why do it today when you can put it off until tomorrow ? Why should you even start when you already know that you can't keep it going ? Why do any get fit exercises at all when none of your friends do any exercise at all ? All a teenie bit negative isn't it ? Why bother even thinking about it if you just can't be bothered ?

OK - start now - even as you are reading this, start with shoulder crunches moving your shoulders up and down. Do 10 shoulder crunches and stop, rest for 10 seconds and do another 10, stop and rest for 10 seconds then do a final 10 and that's it for the session - you have now started your regime of get fit exercises. Tomorrow do exactly the same at the same time of the day but after your shoulder crunches, sitting in your chair, lift both arms (keeping the elbows straight) slowly up to the top and push your hands to gether for the count of 5 then arms slowly back to your side. Stop rest and repeat 2 more times.
